Pricing

Four phases. Stop after any of them.

Every phase is a separate decision, and what you have paid for keeps working if the next one is never taken. That is the practical difference between this and an ERP implementation, which cannot be half done.

Two weeks

Discovery

On site. Your recipes, units, batch limits and supplier lead times written down, your order history tested against our biggest claim, and a fixed scope and price for what follows.

Commits you to nothing further. You keep the document either way.

Phase one

Answers

All four questions. Stock by location, blind daily counting, the movement trail, and master data you maintain yourself without waiting for us.

Phase two

Visibility

Dashboards that drill from the factory to a single movement of a single ingredient, the month and year views, and alerts that raise a task for a named person.

Phase three

Execution

The floor. Orders become jobs, picks and staging, the method screens, returns weighed back in, and quality records scanned.

We quote a number after two weeks, not before

A price given before anybody has seen your recipes, your units and your floor is a guess dressed up as a quotation. Discovery produces a fixed scope and a fixed price, and if you decide to go no further you keep the document and owe nothing.

Questions we get

Asked and answered

Do our recipes stay ours?

Yes, under every arrangement, permanently, with free export at any time. Bala holds no product, recipe or process in its code, which is also why you can add your fortieth product yourself without waiting for us.

Does it replace our paper quality records?

No. It scans and indexes them. A record can hold several scans, linked to the job, the batch and the recipe version it belongs to. The signed hard copy remains the authority.

Can anybody edit the history?

No. Not an operator, not a manager, not an administrator, and not Zizian. A correction is a new entry pointing at what it corrects, and both remain visible.

What happens if you disappear?

You keep running. The licence is perpetual and cannot be revoked, it survives you cancelling support, and the source code sits in escrow released if we cease to trade.

Does it work on the floor, in gloves?

That is the condition it was designed for. Light screens rather than dark, large targets, one-handed reach, and nothing that depends on reading a paragraph.

How long before we see anything?

Two weeks for discovery, which produces your recipes and limits written down whatever you decide next. The first working system follows that.

Start with two weeks

A short conversation, then two weeks on your floor. At the end you have a fixed price and your factory's knowledge written down, and you owe nothing further.
